Political analyst Frank Luntz joins “On Balance” to discuss President Trump’s first six months of his second term after a July Gallup poll showed Trump’s approval rating among independents dropped to an all-time low of 29%. Luntz suggests it is not necessarily what the administration is doing it but how it is conveyed to the American people.
