WASHINGTON (NewsNation) — U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Wednesday referred two alleged intelligence leakers to the Justice Department for criminal referral.
Gabbard said a third criminal referral is “on the way” regarding a recent leak to The Washington Post, one she described as “illegal.”
“These deep-state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine POTUS’ agenda. I look forward to working with The Justice Department and the FBI to investigate, terminate and prosecute these criminals,” Gabbard wrote on X.
