FISHERS, Ind. — The home of former Andretti Global owner and race car driver Michael Andretti is for sale.
The 21,000-square-foot estate is situated on a 5.23-acre parcel of land that is located along the shores of Geist Reservoir in Fishers. The property is gated and features 570 feet of open-water shoreline.
The residence itself boasts nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. A commercial elevator makes all three levels of the home accessible without having to walk up or down stairs.

A whopping 13 HVAC systems heat and cool the home. In the event of a power outage, the residence’s systems will remain operational thanks to a whole-home generator.
Andretti’s former home also boasts a billiards room with a bar, a hearthside gathering room, a lakeview room, a 700-bottle wine cellar, home theater, arcade and fitness center.
The main residence also has a 1,700-square-foot guest wing. The guest wing boasts a complete kitchen, great room, two private bedroom-bathroom suites and laundry room.
In the home’s listing, its kitchen is referred to as “the culinary center.” The culinary center has a 14-foot imported Italian range, custom dual sinks, chef-inspired work stations, dual dishwashers and four-bottle WineStation.
Beyond a pair of cafe doors in the culinary center is a discreet caterer’s galley kitchen that is complete with its own refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher and sink.
Located just off the culinary center is a 20-foot retractable door that connects the veranda to the kitchen, creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor space.
The property also has a structure known as “the carriage house.” The carriage house has two independent 900-square-foot apartments. Those apartments each have a kitchen, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry and two-car garage.
The grounds also feature a 50-foot pool, three-slip boat dock, pool and boat storage room, heated and cooled children’s play cottage and 4,400-square-foot sports complex.
As one might expect from a former race car driver’s residence, Andretti’s estate has a 5,500-square-foot, climate-controlled garage. The garage boasts more than 12 bays for cars and offers direct access to the main residence and its guest wing and the carriage house.
According to Williams and Richwine, the Real Estate Group listing the home, the main residence was first constructed in 1990. At the time of its construction, the main residence was only 10,000 square feet.
In 1999, an addition was constructed on the property, expanding the main residence’s footprint to 14,000-square-feet. Another addition built in 2017 brought the home to its current 21,000-square-foot layout.
The 1,800-square-foot carriage house was added to the property in 2023.
