LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Fans of the 1990s hit television show “Friends” can recreate and relive special moments in some of the iconic settings from the show.
“This is a walk back to the 90s,” said CEO Stacy Moscatelli, with Original X Productions, the creative minds behind the new immersive attraction at the MGM Grand Hotel.
The “Friends” Experience is now open, and it features the famous fountain and Monica and Rachel’s apartment, which was recreated in great detail, and Central Perk, where fans can sit on the iconic orange couch and even pick up a guitar and sing “Smelly Cat.”
Exclusive to the Las Vegas location, guests will be able to walk through the wedding chapel doors, just like Ross and Rachel, and see a replica of Joey’s gladiator costume from the Vegas episodes.

There are plenty of photo opportunities that include favorite bits from the show, such as a cutout in Chandler and Joey’s apartment that makes it look like you’re wearing all of Chandler’s clothes, just like in the famous “Could I be wearing more clothes?” episode.
Fans will also spot “Easter eggs” throughout the attraction, like the slice of cheesecake lying between apartments. But as Moscatelli pointed out, even if you’re not a die-hard fan, the entire experience is packed with ’90s nostalgia that makes it a fun walk-through for anyone.
Here’s a little “Friends” trivia:
Phoebe drank the most coffee — 227 cups!
Rachel had the most lines in the series.
And Joey and Ross? They had the same number of lines over all 10 seasons.
