“The United States is prepared to be a partner with any nation on Earth that wants to pursue a civil nuclear program that clearly is not geared towards weaponization or threatening the security of their neighbors,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
“There is no doubt that cooperation on nuclear technology wil be a vital contributor to our shared responsibility and prosperity in the years ahead, ” Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid al Zayani, Bahraini Foreign Minister said.
