What’s changing for USPS in 2025?

Glassdoor’s analysis found that 65% of professionals reported feeling “stuck” in their jobs, yet quit rates are at their lowest in four years. Experts predict the dissatisfaction to boil over, resulting in a surge in resignations.

The so-called revenge quitting era expected in 2025 will succeed the “Great Resignation” in 2021 when employees resigned in droves, citing stagnating wages, rising living costs and inflexible remote work policies.
